You agree not to reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of our website or products without written permission.

2. Product Information

We sell premium first-copy watches, inspired by luxury designs.
We do not claim or represent the watches as original branded products.

Colors, detailing, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen brightness, lighting, and manual finishing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are listed in INR (₹).
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Available payment methods include:

  • Online Payments (by third-party providers)

  • UPI / Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (for supported locations)

Payments made online are processed securely through third-party gateways.
We do not store your card or bank details.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is considered accepted only after it is processed and dispatched.
We may cancel or decline an order if:

  • The address is incomplete or unverifiable

  • The pincode is non-serviceable

  • There is suspected fraud

  • The product is out of stock

If your order is cancelled, we will notify you.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary by location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 working days

Delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

6. Returns & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee for eligible issues such as:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product

  • Manufacturing issues

  • Non-working product on arrival

Unboxing video is mandatory for claiming a replacement.

We do not offer refunds. Replacement only.

Replacements may be denied if:

  • Damage is caused after delivery

  • The strap shows usage

  • The watch is water-damaged

  • The product is used or tampered

  • Accessories/box are missing

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

For COD orders, repeated cancellations may result in blocking or refusal of future COD services.

8. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images.
However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, manual craftsmanship, and screen differences.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website for:

  • Fraudulent activities
